The Kumho R700 is a forest/gravel rally tyre with excellent traction and braking. Especially good on soft or wet surfaces. These tyres are successful throughout Europe and are very popular with the Escort brigade in the forests of the UK.

Escort 2.1 240 BHP. I really like these tyres, they are my first choice for most forest rally’s. The R700s are good in both loose gravel and wet muddy conditions and you can also get away with them in hard pack dry conditions (I used them and won my class on the Riponian 2009 in dry and hard conditions). The wear rate is good and I think better than Dunlop’s plus there are a bit cheaper.
